At Iced Dialz, every piece is crafted with precision and care. Because our jewelry is made to order, production begins only after your order has been confirmed.
We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States, with international shipping planned for future expansion.
Processing & Production Time
All engagement rings and custom jewelry pieces are made to order.
Production Time: 10–20 business days
Production timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the design, stone selection, and customization requirements. Once your order is completed, it will be prepared for shipment and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Canada
Standard Insured Shipping: 2–7 business days
United States
Standard Insured Shipping: 3–8 business days

Shipping Costs
We offer free insured shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment throughout delivery.
Signature Requirement
For security purposes, high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. We recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are fully insured while in transit. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the claims process.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
International Shipping
At this time, Iced Dialz ships exclusively within Canada and the United States.
